Opportunities for Exhibitors at the 7ECM 2016 in Berlin

Generate excitement for your products and services and increase your long-term exposure through an exhibit at the 7th European Congress of Mathematics in Berlin 2016. Expected attendance is 1,300. The Organizing Committee invites you to maximize you organization’s visibility before, during and after the meeting.

The 7ECM from July 18-22 at Technische Universität Berlin is the quadrennial congress of the European Mathematical Society. The program of the congress will cover all areas of pure and applied mathematics. The sections are:

  • Combinatorics and Discrete Mathematics
  • Mathematics Education and History of Mathematics
  • Logic and Mathematical Aspects of Computer Science
  • Numerical Analysis and Scientific Computing
  • Mathematics in Science and Technology, Industrial Mathematics
  • Optimization and Control
  • Mathematical Image and Signal Processing
The exhibit area is located in the Main Buildung of TU Berlin, in the Lichthof and surroundings. The exhibition is open Monday, July 18 to Thursday, July 21,
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Cost and Benefits

The cost per three m2 is €1.000. Available units comprise 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 m2. Specific space assignment will be made according to date of payment and receipt of signed contract. We provide tables and chairs. You are of course free to bring your own booth.
Additionally, exhibitors will be listed on the symposiums webpage. A brief description (a maximum of 50 words) of what you will be featuring at the meeting will be included.

For institutional members of the European Mathematical Society we offer a discount rate of 20 per cent.

Important Update

Deadline for Exhibitors registration is May 9, 2016. The offer includes one person staff per booth up to 3 m2, i.e. two persons per 6 m2 and accordingly. Exhibitors are welcome to join the coffee breaks and the Welcome Reception on Monday evening. Tickets for Conference Dinner will be charged extra.
